How to order
You have seen an article that you would like to order? You can click on the 'Add to Cart' button under
every article. Now the selected article is automatically placed in your shopping cart. You can continue
shopping or go to the checkout to settle your order. You can always go to the checkout at any stage,
by pressing the 'Checkout' button on the right site of the page, just under Shopping Cart.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for the Netherlands are € 2.95 irrespective of the number of articles you order.
For orders to the UK, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Austria, Spain, Sweden and Denmark we charge
€ 5.00 per order. For other countries we use the TNT Post tariffs.
How to pay
When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. On this confirmation
you will find an overview of items you have ordered and the total costs, including shipping costs.
Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received payment. You can pay by means of:
o iDEAL (for account holders of Rabobank, ING, ABN AMRO, Fortis and SNS)
o PayPal
o Transfer by means of your bank account
With iDEAL (available for customers in the Netherlands only) you can easily and safely pay your order by
means of your own bank. Your order will be shipped within 3 working days after you have placed your order.
Also with PayPal you can safely settle your account. Also in this case your order will be shipped within 3 working days.
If you select to pay by means of bank transfer, you receive an overview of your order by email and our bank
details. Please mention your order number when you transfer the requested amount.
All items you ordered are reserved for you for 7 days. As soon as your payment is in our bank account,
we will ship the ordered items to you.

Delivery information
We deliver the smaller Obibo products, such as the sleeping bags and the nursing pillow covers,
in a special box that fits through your mail box. So you do not have to stay at home. Orders containing
pillows and other larger bulky items may be sent by courier and will need signing for.
Choice of delivery address:
You can choose to receive your delivery at home, or at work, or you can send it as a gift somewhere else.
Return policy
The size or colour of the product is not correct? It is always possible to return the product to us.
You can return the article to us and will send the new article free of charge. Before returning an article,
please send an email to: klantenservice@obibo.nl
If you're not completely satisfied, please tell us about it so that we can put the situation right and do
better next time! You can return an unused product to us within 7 days for a full refund
(excluding shipping costs) provided it is in a resalable condition.) Please send us an email,
